Wizard Solutions Computing Center is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Wizard Solutions Computing Center Computers collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Registration Order Form
A user does not need to complete a registration form in order to use this site. The only times that a user does need to register is when they decide to place a classified advertisment or to become a member of the Wizard's Mail, mailing list.. During these registrations a user may be required to give their contact information: first and last name, physical home address, e-mail address, day and evening telephone number. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. On our site, cookies are not used!

Some of our business partners use cookies on our site (for example, Microsoft Link Exchange Program). However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

If a user wishes to subscribe to our Mailing List, we ask for your and email address.

Contests
From time-to-time our site requests information from users via contests. Participation in these contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code or age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. The user is also given an option to subscribe to our catalog or special offer information at the time when contest form is filled out. If a user makes a decision to receive our catalog or special offer information, we will begin sending out our catalog and promotional information on a monthly basis.

Free Classifieds
On our site, we have a section called Free Classifieds. In this section a user can list their used items and/or give offer(s) on different items already listed by other users. In order to list your items, you will need to submit your contact information such as (name, address, day and evening telephone numbers, e-mail address) to register as a product seller. At the time of registration, and at any later time, users can change the status of their contact information to be either disclosed or not disclosed to other users (potential buyers). You can add or remove products being listed and information being displayed at any time. Your e-mail address is never disclosed to any user at any time. When an offer is e-mailed to a seller, it is done through our internal procedure and your e-mail address is never disclosed to the potential buyer.

Notification of Changes
If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. If we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. However, if you have opted out of communication with the site then you will not be contacted, nor will your personal information be used in this new manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our web site notifying users of the change. In some cases where we post the notice we will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.

Childrens' Online Protection Policy
COPPA of 1998: In Compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) we are prohibited from conditioning a child's participation in an activity on the child's disclosing more personal information than is reasonably necessary. A child's parent can review and have deleted the child's personal information, and refuse to permit further collection or use of the child's information.
